Code not working
If your code is not working it could be because of a few reasons.
- Your code has expired.
The code is only valid for a certain amount of time decided by the seller. - Your code has already been used.
To protect from misuse and sharing of codes, you are only able to use your code on one device.
Try to use the device from where you initialy bought your ticket or initially logged in. - Spelling
The code is case sensetive and contains both numbers and letters. make sure your input is identical to how it reads in the email.
Where do I find my Access Code?
The code is delivered to you in two ways.
- The code is displayed in plain text after a successful purchase.
Press "Sign In" if you want to use the Access Code right away and access your content.
Make sure you copy and save the Access Code if you are to access the content later. - The code is sent to your email
The code is sent to the emailadress you used when making the purchase. The email should arrive in just a few minutes. If it hasnt: check your spam-folder.
