2. Has the broadcast started ?
Sometimes -- even though the broadcast is supposed to have started already -- it hasn´t.
You can easily see if a broadcast is online by looking for this image right next to the Player.
If the broadcast is offline, all you can do is wait for it to go live.
3. Is the broadcast in good health ?
Sometimes there are less than optimal conditions to broadcast live. This might affect the quality of the broadcast. You can easily see the quality of the broadcast by looking for this image right next to the Player.
Green = All is good. You are not supposed to experience any problems with the broadcast.
Yellow = Still OK. You might experience some minor, temporary problems with the broadcast.
Red = Something is wrong. You will most probably experience problems with the broadcast.
4. Still experiencing problems ?
It can help to close other tabs, browsers, and programs while streaming your content. It may also help to hardwire your Internet connection, instead of using a wireless network connection.
It may also help to try using another browser or another device.
